Our preventative maintenance services include a variety of inspections that cover such items as:
- Replacement of air filters on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Inspection and clearing of condensate drain pans and lines
- Inspection of all electrical controls and wiring harnesses
- Voltage and amperage measurements are taken to ensure operational readiness of compressors, blowers, and condenser fan.
- Inspection / operational check of circulation blower
- Annual replacement of blower belts
- Inspection of evaporative and condenser coils
- Annual chemical cleaning of all coils / power wash by request
- Inspection / operational check of compressors
- Pressure checks are conducted during cooling season to confirm operational status
- During heating season, a full inspection / operational check of gas heaters to confirm safe operation of:
- Induced draft motor
- Burners (good ignition sequence and satisfactory flame pattern)
- Heat exchanger (inspection for cracks and overall structural integrity)
- During heating season, inspection / operational check of electric heaters to confirm proper amperage output and safe operation
